Long Description (Catalog Description)

Prerequisites: Admission and Matriculation into the graduate professional Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) Program; a fixed, sequentially progressive curriculum. Students must pass all preceding coursework to progress. Students will demonstrate scientific and clinical reasoning in occupational therapy assuring practice is
evidence-based. By developing critical thinking skills, critically evaluating the literature, and following the tenants of best practice students become contemporary practitioners. Presentations of evidence-based practice outcomes is an expectation.
