Prerequisites: Admission to the Graduate Program or permission of the instructor is required to register for this course. This course will prepare students to assume advanced leadership roles in health care. With a focus on personal leadership skills, health innovation and entrepreneurship, and transformative experiences in complex health systems, students will develop competencies in advanced leadership roles. Students will explore advanced communication, conflict management, board and executive positions, decision-making, and team-based collaboration.Student Fee $250
