Tools and applications surrounding innovation (Conjoint analysis, diffusion, outcome-driven innovation research) and other key marketing issues (pricing and customer lifetime value). Focus on practical applications, including combining these tools with segmentation techniques. Use of small cases and projects to illustrate use of methods.
