Prerequisites: Graduate status in the department of Nutritional Sciences, or instructor approval. This graduate seminar will provide the student with an advanced exploration and study of selected topics and emerging issues in food, nutrition, and dietetics as determined by faculty. This course may be repeated for additional credit with faculty approval, provided the topics differ from previous enrollment (up to 9 hours).
