This course aims to survey, through performance, various collaborative skills and specific strategies that can aid pianists in becoming more professionally skilled collaborators. Topics may include balance, tone, blending, critical listening, rehearsal techniques, instrumental familiarity, sight-reading, orchestral and vocal reductions, crisis management, self-marketing, and more.
